2004: Ph.D. in Talmud and Rabbinics at the Jewish Theological Seminary of America (with distinction). Title of the dissertation: Talmud Bavli, Tractate Makkoth, Ch. Three (Ellu hen ha-loqin) - A Critical Edition and a Critical Commentary.
